From the very beginning, OTD TechDays has had one clear purpose: to be an arena built for and by Norway's offshore supply industry — the companies delivering to the Norwegian Continental Shelf and the ocean industries that support it.
At Sotra Arena, the companies that build, maintain and deliver the Norwegian Continental Shelf meet their customers — the operators, EPCI contractors, shipowners, drilling and subsea companies shaping the next decade of activity on the West Coast and beyond.
Offshore and maritime activity is growing again, driven by more than NOK 270 billion of planned investment on the Shelf and a fleet scaling for offshore wind, subsea and service work. OTD TechDays is where the supply industry positions for all of it.
OTD TechDays is organised by OTD AS — the same team behind OTD Energy in Stavanger. Together the two events give Norway's offshore supply chain an annual rhythm — closer to projects, closer to buyers, closer to the people who move the industry forward.
OTD AS organises two complementary events on alternating years. OTD TechDays runs in Bergen; OTD Energy is the larger biennial edition in Stavanger.
OTD TechDays 2026 runs Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 October 2026, with a pre-event Opening Ceremony on Tuesday 13 October.
At Sotra Arena, on the West Coast just outside Bergen, Norway. The venue is roughly 25 minutes by car or shuttle from Bergen city centre, and free shuttle buses run from Bergen Airport (Flesland) and from Bergen city centre on both event days. See travel and hotels.
The full Norwegian offshore and maritime supply chain — operators (Equinor, etc.), EPCs, fabricators, subsea specialists, hydraulics suppliers, service providers and emerging-technology vendors. OTD TechDays in Bergen is the original event, focused on the offshore supply community and the operators and EPCs who buy from them. OTD Energy in Stavanger is the larger biennial edition, covering the broader oil, gas, and energy industry across the full value chain. The 2026 edition of OTD TechDays takes place 14–15 October at Sotra Arena — compact, technology-driven, and built around efficient meetings between suppliers and decision-makers. The two events run in alternating years.
