5. Technical support
In connection with OTD, exhibitors may have special enquiries relating to stand services, technical specifications, regulations, etc. The FAQs most frequently relate to:
• Power and electricity supplies to stands
• Water supplies to stands
• Enquiries and assistance in erecting roofs over stands
• Assistance in setting up stands
• Emergency exits and HES regulations

For customs clearance, transport and storage, OTD’s preferred partner is Transport & Lagerservice in Bergen.

8. Stand personnelregistration Stand personnel can be registered at the OTD administration page (
http://www.offshoredays.com/login/). Use the registration code to log in, please contact us to retrieve your code.
9. What is included in the stand rental fee All exhibitors receive the following equipment, included in the stand rental fee:
9.1 Walls
White wall plates measuring 97,6cm x 240cm. The visual area measures 96cm x 238 cm. Maximum thickness for wall plates is 4mm. Walls will be built using the Sento System.
9.2 Electrical power
Electrical outlet for 16A will be available at each stand.
9.3 Octoberfest tickets
We allocate two Octoberfest tickets per 9m2 stands. To obtain additional tickets, please contact
pz@offshore.no.
10. Boat docking at the exhibition area Exhibitors have the opportunity to dock their boat. Please include a description of the boat when you contact us for rental information.
The Exhibitor service centre will be located Hall A of the Arenum Exhibition Centre. This area will include all official and exclusive contractors. Additional equipment can be ordered at the Exhibitor service center after the deadline.
12. Exhibitor scams alert There has been a growing number of companies presenting themselves as official OTD partners, offering magazine ads and fair guide directories. Please be aware.
There will be a wireless LAN with Internet connection available in both Hall A and Hall B. You can order a Internet connection at the Arenum Exhibition Centre´s equipment store (
http://butikk.norbits.no/arenum/).
